Sarah Thomas is co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Ceresys.
She works closely with the CEO and Chief Investment Officer to set the strategic agenda for Ceresys and her client focus is on strategic B2B marketing campaigns to grow the top and bottom line.
Sarah brings a wealth of strategic brand, marketing and communications, content development, culture and business transformation skills to the Ceresys team. She is a recognized leader in the global services industry with a 25-year career spanning business consulting, and business processes services and a track record of value-driven success. Before joining Ceresys, Sarah developed and led Accenture’s global Executive Positioning practice and company-wide Industry Analyst Relations program. She also served as Chief Marketing Officer for Accenture’s Business Process Services business for 15 years and was responsible for driving market-leading positioning of the business as Accenture Operations.
Sarah holds a BSc. Hons in Microbiology & Biology and a PhD. in Molecular Virology from Warwick University, UK. She lives in London, has a passion for fashion and is a keen amateur sailor. Sarah is founder and CEO of Thomas Grey Ltd., serves as Chief Strategy Officer for HFS Research and is a Non-Executive Director of Montessori St. Nicholas where she serves as Deputy Chair of the Board.
