Simon is a seasoned insurance expert, entrepreneur and change practitioner, spending the last 28 years in the insurance sector. Simon’s latest role was co-founding, launching and building out Guardian Financial Services, the innovative new life protection challenger, which is recognised as a leading light in delivering quality outcomes for customers, initially as the COO and then as CEO. Harnessing modern technology aligned to better customer propositions, to drive efficiency and operational flexibility, enabled Guardian to leapfrog into the market.

Simon has operated in C-suite roles in a number of businesses over the last 15 years, delivering strong change initiatives through M&A activity, organic growth, and leading an insurtech start up, enabling businesses to reach their strategic ambitions.
